This is a scene from Chapter 7 - T.U.F.F. vs. D.O.O.M., from T.U.F.F. Mission X.
Snaptrap has made his move, declaring a fight between his team and the T.U.F.F. agents. Feeling that fighting them is beneath him, he sends Ollie to fight Dudley, and Francisco to fight Kitty. Although her quick moves appeared to give her the advantage at first, Francisco quickly retaliated with raw strength an powerful hits. Kitty needs to figure out what to do against him, or she'll end up becoming cat food.
In all seriousness, though; how the heck did Francisco become so big?! He's huge! Back in the original show, he had a pretty broad and tough look, but he was never really that big. Kitty stood almost three heads taller than him (and she has a rather big head).

Seriously, look at the size comparison here! He's completely dwarfed next to her. Either Kitty is an amazon warrior girl (which would admittedly rock), or they just messed up his size in this scene. lol
So why did I make him so big in my story? Well, as I stated in my previous D.O.O.M. picture, I based him off of Killer Croc. As you know, Croc's a very large character, and he seems to keep growing throughout the Batman series. That's pretty much what I was going for when I redesigned Francisco. Back in the day, he was never this big in my story, and was actually around a similar size to his cartoon counterpart. He just suddenly had a growth spurt that completely shocked Dudley and Kitty. I suppose he has a similar ability as Croc; being able to grow larger within time. I also think I read somewhere that alligators (which is what Francisco is) never stop growing until they die, but I could be wrong on that.
As it turns out, Francisco is actually D.O.O.M.'s trump card in my story. He's clearly stronger than anyone else on the team, so if his new size and strength, along with Snaptrap's improved fighting abilities can't stop T.U.F.F., then, well... they need to get a new career. XD

The D.O.O.M.Agebts are super hot if you ask me. Plus, I like them more than Bird Brain and The Chameleon, which aren't my cup of tea.
